I just plucked these from the air: but diets will rarely be designed to be palatable or healthy. Even with caste-iron will-power your mind would sensibly rebel against your attempts to stick with them.

One desire gets confused for another and we end up mistaking thirst, for hunger. Sounds strange? It’s true. It can even happen with sex. Basically don’t drink or love enough and then overeat in compensation.
When Addiction Supplants Pleasure
Neuroimaging shows chocoholia and drug addiction have a common basis. It starts with pleasure which is a natural motivation to eat. But sometimes a food becomes part of a reflex action motivating us to continuously seek its special delight. Even the sight or smell of the food will trigger a release of a neurotransmitter called dopamine associated with reward and motivation. Soak your brain in dopamine too frequently (easy when food is so easily available) and you can acquire an addiction just as though food was a powerful and forbidden drug.
How Do I Take Action on This?
Success springs from your mental attitude and what is really going on in your head. Both conscious and unconscious mind must work together cooperatively to achieve success. Some of the basic principles are:
• Allow you perceptions to get in tune with your instincts so you respond to the appropriate messages from your brain
